Say That You Love Me

Say That You Love Me began in the mid-1990s. This version recreates the song using some of the original instruments from the first demo recorded all those years ago. The percussive piano part and driving bass drum reflect the sound of the era, while the lyrics carry a simple message:

“Say that you love me, and I’ll be there.”

I revisited the song in 2003, but it wasn’t until its third incarnation in 2019 — with Élan Noelle providing outstanding vocals — that I felt it was ready to release. Final mixing and post-production followed, leading to its eventual release in August 2020.
